Investor disclosures
Please read this before you express interest. Last updated October 28, 2026.
No offer of securities
No securities are currently being offered through this website. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering will be made only through formal offering documents, to eligible investors, in places where it is permitted by law. The investor form on this website only lets you tell us you are interested. It does not commit you or us to anything.
Not advice
We are not giving legal, tax, or investment advice. Speak with your own attorney, accountant, and financial advisor before making any investment decision.
Projections and forward-looking statements
Statements about future results, including the projected annual revenue of $23 million or more and the $500 million project investment, are management estimates and plans. They are not guarantees or promises. They depend on assumptions that may not prove correct, and actual results may be materially lower or different.
Risks to consider
- Planning stage. The project has not been built. Pipe size, pump stations, and crossings depend on engineering and survey, and costs and schedules may change.
- No signed supply contracts through this site. Interest from water users is not a contract. Prices, volumes, and terms are still to be agreed.
- Permits and rights. The project depends on its water permit, land and easement rights, and regulatory approvals, any of which could be delayed, changed, or denied.
- Water supply and demand. The amount of water available and the demand for it can change.
- Construction and financing. Building a pipeline carries cost, schedule, and construction risk, and financing may not be completed as planned.
- Loss of investment. You could lose some or all of the money you invest. An investment may be illiquid, meaning you may not be able to sell it.
Eligibility
Some offerings are limited to accredited investors or to residents of certain places. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility. The $20,000 minimum is subject to the offering documents and to those rules.
Named third parties
This website names cities, utility districts, and power plants that the project proposal lists as interested in buying water. Their names are included only to describe that interest. It does not mean they have approved, endorsed, or agreed to anything about this project or this website.
Information on this site
Figures about the water permit, wells, land, pipeline, and crossings come from a project proposal and are approximate. We work to keep this website accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date.
